What Time Should I Arrive?:

 

Doors to the meeting hall will open at 6:00pm and photo booths will be available for pre-event pictures. The event and dinner will start at 6:30pm.

 

 

Dress code:

 

Most people might come with a shirt and a pair of jeans, some might dress up a bit, and some would come very casually. Basically, come just as you are, you will always be welcome. 

 

 

Kris Kringle:

 

We will be holding a Christmas Gift Exchange on the night. To be involved in the gift-giving festivities, please pay close attention to the following details:

 

• The gift value/cost should be a minimum of $15. Obviously, since it is gift-giving season, you are free to spend more than this if desired.

• Please ensure your gift is not gender specific for the opposite sex. Your gift should be gender-neutral.

• Please ensure your gift is non-religious items.

• Please ensure that your items do not have any explicit wording in it.

• Please ensure that your item is a non-edible item.

​

• The gift should be submitted to Antioch Sydney's staff OR your Life Group Leader by  22/12/2024  for sorting and gift wrapping. Please do not wrap your gift prior to submitting it to the Antioch Sydney staff as they will review the suitability of each gift prior to wrapping.

• For any last-minute Kris Kringle gift submissions, please contact Win on 0426 258 773 OR Ricky on 0415 509 528. Acceptance is not guaranteed.

Children are welcome for Kris Kringle as well and we will hold Kris Kringle for the specially for the Children. The rules above will apply for Kids Kringle as well, with the addition of non-age specific (meaning it can be used for any-aged children)

 

 

Do I Need To Bring My Ticket?:

 

Your electronically issued (or printed) ticket is your entry ticket to this event. Your event ticket contains a QR code that will be scanned at the door, prior to entry to the event. Please ensure that you retain a copy of your ticket. 

 

You are responsible for the security of your own ticket. Each ticket is only valid for one (1) person entry to the event, so please ensure that your ticket is stored in a safe place.
